Political Forecasting

Peter Riddell has a timely piece in The Times on election forecasting.

He refers to a number of articles in the British Journal of Politics and International Relations , absracts of which can be found here.

I have to say I find Riddell's calculations on the election outcome a little unconvincing, but it will depend on the marginals.
