WDA failure exposed

New figures have now been released showing how the WDA has failed in terms of international investment.

Another good reason to bring them in-house within the Assembly, given the amount spent on their international arm and its dismal failure recently.

    Last year Wales was top for inward investment. This year it's ninth in a list of twelve.

    If a service managed by the Assembly falls in one year in a similar. relative way, would your argument support its being taken away from the Assembly?
