Well done, Alun Pugh AM
My colleague, Alun Pugh AM, has called for a review of the law relating to the public display of swastikas following the Prince Harry episode.
German politicians are now talking of a Europe-wide ban on the swastika.
The Independent on Sunday suggested yesterday that the whole incident could rebound on Britain's Olympic bid.

Bravo to Alan Pugh.
Fortunately, my copy of Primo Levi's 'If This Is A Man / The Truce' doesn't feature Nazi memorabilia on the front cover, unless you count the grim and grainy photo of prisoners.
But should I send Mr Pugh my old copy of Alan Coren's, 'Golfing for Cats'? It has a small swastika on the front cover (and a cat playing golf). He could burn it for me on a large bonfire of similar books.
Please, please don't claim copyright on everything you publish. By default it's yours anyway but most people really don't appreciate it. Check out the Creative Commons and Lawrence Lessig for more info.
Here's the Creative Commons guide to creating a licence for text publishing.
Here's a
response to your enthusiastic embrace of banning swastikas.
Thanks for the note
I have read an article by Lawrence Lessig - I think he advised the BBC on its plans for release of its archive.
The copyright thing was aimed really at Welsh journalists as I want them to refer to the blog address when publishing material from it in order to get the blog more established. I'll have a think about whether to keep it, taking your point.
