Lib Dems want to have their cake and eat it - again.

Yesterday Liberal Democrat blogger Peter Black asked about the Assembly Government's support for community policing.

We all heard Charles Kennedy planning to give prisoners the vote the other day, which prompted me to ask:

"Do you think that we would get more community policing schemes if prisoners were allowed to vote in elections, as one political party appears to desire?"
