    Pinochet to get off?

The BBC is reporting that the Chilean Supreme Court is now saying that Pinochet may not be prosecuted after all, in relation to the murder of General Prats - but that he is still under investigation in relation to Operation Condor.

I suppose the Operation Condor investigation is something. For some, justice takes forever. Every investigation requires a separate action to lift his immunity. At least the constant investigations keep the pressure on.
