    Cardiff Congestion Charges

The South Wales Echo yesterday reported that Cardiff Council is considering a congestion charge for car commuters into the capital of £8 a day. Today they are carrying my criticisms of the plan.

There have been rumours about these plans for some time and I mentioned my concerns, not for the first time, at last week's Enterprise Committee.

I also tried to bring it up on the back of a question in yesterday's Assembly plenary, but the Presiding Officer ruled me out of order.
