Has Ioan been gagged over Burberry?

Has Ioan Gruffudd been gagged by his PR people? The Echo tonight gives him a hard time for not making a statement in support of keeping the factory. It's obviously disappointing news, as I have said. But the letter suggests it's the PR people making the decision, not him, though I'm sure his contract will prohibit him making adverse comments about Burberry. I asked him to do two things in my original letter - ask the Chief Executive of Burberry plc why they planned to close the factory, then ask her not to. We are now going to reach out to other celebrities.
