    Rachel Tresize

Rhondda writer Rachel Tresize wrote the monologue for the multimedia production I Sing of a Maiden at Chapter in Cardiff last week. Her script had all the wit and craft of her short story collection Fresh Apples, for which she won the Dylan Thomas award last year. It was nice to meet Rachel at the event. She gave us great support in the Burberry campaign and she is putting the Rhondda on the map in all the right ways.

Her new book, Dial M for Merthyr, is out in June.
