City: The PFA pay the wages

Yesterday's revelation that the PFA has now put in money to the club - secured, no doubt, on players - and a further £500,000 has come in from Mr Isaacs shows that the situation remains serious. Though at least the PFA must now have been given the information it was asking for earlier in the month.

There is no point in posting any conclusions on any of this at the present time. There is certainly no point in jumping to a conclusion every time the South Wales Echo prints something.

Even if I eventually get an answer from the club to my letter , only a few people really know what is going on. Sam himself is pledging to stay and sort things out.

I will dig a little deeper next week.
