Budget Debate

Some days in the Assembly you get called on most things you want to speak on - sometimes you don't. Yesterday I wanted to come in on questions on economic inactivity and substance misuse, and on the E.Coli statement. I wasn't called, but I was called on the budget, when I got the opportunity to point out that the Tories are now leading the Opposition, and Plaid Cymru are falling in behind them.
