    The Long Street

The BBC's series about the Rhondda, Vincent Kane's The Long Street, is going out on BBC2W at the moment, belatedly marking the 40th anniversary of its first screening.

I have arranged with BBC Wales for the series to be shown at the Parc and Dare next Tuesday, 31st January. Admission is free - get tickets in advance from the Parc and Dare box office. They will also be showing the Rhondda edition of the series Valleys, made for BBC Wales by Element Productions.
