    Rhondda novels republished

Novels by the Rhondda writers Lewis Jones (Cwmardy and We Live), Gwyn Thomas (The Dark Philosophers) and Ron Berry (So Long, Hector Bebb) have now been published as part of the Library of Wales, funded by the Welsh Assembly Government, following a report by the Assembly's Culture Committee which I helped to write.

These were out-of-print titles written in English by authors who have passed away but whose writings are key to the literature of the Valleys and Wales as a whole. Look out for them in local libraries… If you have Internet access, you can find out more about the Library of Wales.
