    Queen's speech leaked

    The Western Mail has an extraordinary scoop today, with a leaked version of the Queen's draft speech for the opening of our new Assembly Building. They rang me to tell me about it yesterday afternoon.

    You have to ask in whose interests it could possibly be to leak this.
