    Refreshing the parts....

    I have had a letter from the Chair of the Institute of Welsh Affairs inviting me to an EGM where they will discuss new standing orders intended 'to ensure the regular refreshment of the Executive Board'.

    Hey, can't they get their own teas and coffees?
