Will Jonathan Morgan get to Treorchy?

Jonathan Morgan, the Conservative AM for South Wales Central, has been to the Rhondda three or four times in the last four years but since his general election defeat in 2005 seems to be spending all his time in Cardiff North. That's the trouble with regional members.

I somehow doubt he will be coming to help the Conservative candidate in the Treorchy by-election.
