    Harvey-Jones on Alan Sugar

Sir John Harvey-Jones has criticised Alan Sugar in the Western Mail for showing the unacceptable face of capitalism on his programme The Apprentice:

Sir John accused Sir Alan of 'exploiting' his power on the show by humiliating contestants trying to win his approval.

The former chairman of ICI claims Sir Alan has used 'bullying' tactics to whittle down the business reality-show contestants, who compete for a six-figure salary with the entrepreneur's company, Amstrad.

And Amicus's Cath Speight is absolutely right to say:

Unfortunately bullying is a feature of the working life for many - it is demoralising for them and it is holding back the organisations they are working for.
